My Testimony on HB 3349 for Monday 8:30 AM Oregon House Revenue Committee Public Hearing.

My testimony has been posted on the OLIS website HERE, and is also embedded below.

Two major points:

1. Home Buyers With Incomes of $200,000+ Can Qualify for $1M+ Sales Prices; Should State Tax Revenue be Diverted to Help Pay for a $1M+ Home?

2. The Continuing Financial Benefits of Homeownership for High Income Homebuyers Dwarf any Reduction in State MID (resulting from enactment of HB 3349). [Net benefits, without FEDERAL MID /property tax benefit of $6K+ in first year alone, are $36-37K).
