Housing Tax Bill to be Introduced, Includes Home Ownership and Rental Provisions.

Washington Post story HERE today that House Ways and Means Committee would be holding a hearing on new House version of a housing tax /stimulus bill. Includes an $8,000 foreclosure purchase tax credit, use of tax exempt revenue bonds for refinances, and also provisions related to the Low Income Housing (rental housing) tax credit.
