Read this July Atlantic magazine story HERE while flying cross country. Story says that crime rate increases track voucher tenant relocations in SOME areas. (Story focuses on Memphis).

When I get a chance I will look for reaction stories or comments, but worth the read, as others will use it to challenge voucher program.
