Portland Tribune Does Well Researched, Balanced Story on Over Income LIHTC Tenants.

The Portland Tribune story HERE by Peter Korn is a well researched and nuanced story which reports that some LIHTC projects have a substantial number of tenants whose incomes now exceed the income restrictions required at initial occupancy.

I say "well researched" because I count at least 6 quoted individuals in the story, additional contact with OHCS, a review of occupancy surveys, and other background contacts likely not identified in the story (including me).
