[Title Correction]
A short 4 minute video snippet of Barny Frank in full form during House consideration/passage of the HUD /Transportation Appropriations bill for FY 2008 on Wednesday afternoon Nov 14. (President has said he will veto the bill).
Conference Committee Report 110-446 is [temporarily?] available on the House Rules Committee website HERE [HUD section is "Title II", and starts on page 276 of this huge 534 page PDF Conference Committee report).
