HAP Posts Draft of FY 2009 Moving to Work Plan.

HAP's 2009 fiscal year will be the 10th year that the Housing Authority of Portland [HAP] has participated in HUD's Moving to Work program.(HERE, on HUD's national website is more information about the Moving to Work program).

Each year HAP puts together a fiscal year Moving to Work plan and then later, a fiscal year Moving to Work report. HAP has now posted their DRAFT FY 2009 Moving to Work plan HERE.
