HERE is a PDF single file I have just constructed with all HUD regulatory waivers granted during calendar years 2006-2007. (The 4th quarter of 2007 HUD waivers were published today in the Federal Register).
Using the Adobe "find" command with this file will allow you to find all instances during 2006 and 2007 of your waiver search term(s) at once, instead of having to locate and then search through eight separate Federal Register publications.
