(Fun table to look at is Table 2, shows Metro area economies ranked against each other and other countries. Who knew that Portland's GMP 0f $109.9 Billion was slightly smaller than Pittsburgh ($112 B) and Kuwait's GDP of $114.2 B, but larger than GDP of Peru ($108.8) and Kazakhstan ($102.6 B)?
From another table (10), I have extracted Oregon metro area showing estimated changes in metro Oregon property values during 2008.
In the PDF table I constructed HERE, that data is shown; the total Oregon 2008 metro areas property value loss is estimated at $17.7 BILLION, with an average loss of $18,900+ per home.
