Corrrected: Senate Housing Bill Substitute Amendment.

{Turns out that the prior Thomas link to SA 4893 was temporary, I converted into PDF file now posted on my web space].

Finding the current version of H.R. 3221 now being considered by the Senate is a challenge. (The nearly year long history of Congressional consideration is HERE)

I believe I have found the amendment that substitutes for the prior language. It's SA 4893. The link HERE includes this amendment (but note at the bottom that there are also other amendments which are different than SA 4893).

Caution--When I copy/ pasted the linked text into a MS Word document it was 336 pages long:)
