Remarks include announcement that proposed rule making on down payment assistance will be sent this week for publication in the Federal Register.
Interestingly, his delivered remarks include a pitch on RESPA and a commitment to complete rule making by the end of this administration. In response to a question he said there will be no further extension beyond June 12th.
