Dueling Home Price Indices.

FHFA [previously known as OFHEO] has decided to put their home price index out HERE, the same day as Case-Shiller.

Instead of Portland's 8.6% annual decline with Case Shiller, OFHEO index shows Portland metro is down [only] 2.64% and Oregon is down 2.65% for the year. [Case Shiller does not publish state indices].
