WSJ news story HERE highlights his criticism of current Illinois Governor [Duh!] and then throws in possibility of future run.
Helps provide a rationale of why he would have taken a six month appointment as HUD Secretary. I can see him on the campaign now, "In just 200 days at HUD I ...."
