House Financial Services held hearing on this subject this morning. Hearing page is HERE.Government Executive news story is HERE. It says that HUD SF Assistant Secretary testified that HUD continues to opposed cram down legislation. (I would have hated to be defending that position at the hearing, it seems highly likely that view is going to be changed after January 20th?).
