There is a lot to like in the Recovery bill, really.However, one thing that Congress failed miserably at was transparency. As of Saturday night Thomas still did not have a complete version of H.R. 1., as approved by the Senate on Friday evening. Instead a marked up version with text crossed out like pic above was best Congress could produce.
