I created the YouTube video below from testimony earlier this week before House Financial Services Subcommittee. Includes representatives of two lenders, Bank of America and Wells Fargo, both saying that the proposed loan modification program will simplify and speed processing of loan modifications because of a uniform process with one clear goal (getting borrower to payment that is 31% of income).
