Two HUD NON Recovery 2009 NOFA's Appear: Brownfields Economic Development and Rural Development.

With zero fanfare so far, HUD has posted two CPD NOFA's for 2009:
  1. Brownfields Economic Development NOFA information is HERE.
  2. Rural Development NOFA information is HERE.
Speculation: Appears that these are NOT Recovery Act NOFA's, so may be some reluctance to let public know that regular NOFA's are going out before Recovery Act NOFA's?
