OMB is getting a bit too clever for my taste in releasing the FY 2010 budget materials in pieces.
HERE is the 64 page HUD budget section of today's release of Appendix portion of budget; all agency Appendix information is HERE.
131 page "Terminations, Reductions, and Savings" (for all Agencies) Is HERE; Only HUD program listed is Brownfields Economic Development Initiative.
The "Analytical Perspectives" piece and other spreadsheets normally released at same time will not be released for a few days.
HUD Congressional Justifications, with great detail, usually take even longer to be posted to the web.
