HUD has redesigned their Recovery Act website HERE; it now launches with a video of HUD Secretary Donovan hyping accomplishments. (Haven't figured out how to stop video from launching (other than pause button), it's going to get a bit irritating to have that video pop up every time the site is visited).
Visual feel of site is much more like the national recovery.gov website and NOT the standard HUD website feel.
Content wise, looks to be about the same. Only difference I saw, other than Donovan video, was new page HERE that provides a snapshot of release status for each of the HUD Recovery Act programs. (You can navigate to this from "Opportunities" tab at top).
