WSJ Architecture Critic Loves Design of NYC Public Housing Community Center.

Design doesn't do that much for me, but pleased that WSJ finally found something they like about public housing.

Construction costs of close to $300 a sq.ft also seem like a big stretch in today's economy, even if they are NYC costs.
