Report says that metro share of Recovery Transportation/Infrastructure funding $(18+ Billion nationally) is less than Metro shares of Gross State Product.

Report on page 19 says that Portland metro Portland Recovery Transportation funding is 26% of state total $$ , while gross metro product for Portland is 61% of state gross product. Report says that Portland metro gets $48 per capita vs $121 per capita for rest of state.
