Less than a day after House Rules Committee finished action, the full House acted tonight (EDT) on the HUD FY 2010 Appropriations Bill.
A series of Republican amendment and procedural delays (one delay required the House Clerk to read out loud a 50+ page bill amendment) were beaten back and
H.R. 3288 was passed (with at least 16 Republican votes) by a vote of 256-168.
