Oregon HUD MF Mgt Fee: Max of $42 Per Month, Starting September 1, With Some Comparisons.

While not used for this purposes, the $42 per month upper limit management fee is

• Equivalent to 5% of the FY 2010 proposed Portland Metro 2 BR FMR of $839.
• 62% LESS than the $112 monthly admin fee that NW Oregon HA Authority will receive as a result of their recent bail out (see prior post HERE).
