Update: Found out that this is NOT a HUD Section 811 project, instead it is a "LIHTC/HOME/DHS/OHCS funded project".
My recollection is that this is a HUD Section 811 (housing for persons with disabilities) funded project, but don't see that mentioned in the human interest profile of the project published HERE in the Oregonian. (Someone please correct me with a comment below if I am wrong about 811 financing).
Developer is Catholic Charities Caritas Housing.
