HAP Tuesday Oct. 20 Board Meeting Includes Resolution Authorizing Submission of $16.4 Million Hillsdale Terrace HOPE VI Application.

The Housing Authority of Portland Board meeting on Tuesday October 20th includes an agenda item to approve submission of their HOPE VI application for Hillsdale Terrace, an application due to be submitted to HUD by mid November.
