It is still not yet clear what level of participation OHCS requested by the deadline last Tuesday. I continue to try to get the participation request forms from OHCS that I first asked for last week. Once I receive them or if I reluctantly conclude I will have to file a public information request to get them, I will do a new post with the details or the copy of the public information request I have filed.
