Update: Link HERE is to HUD narrative about their regulatory priorities.Semi Annual Regulatory Agenda was published about a week ago; as usual HUD provided little notice of publication. Semi Annual agenda provides recap of status of regulations, including completed and planned actions. Primary value for me has been to provide a roadmap of future actions, and sometimes a revelation that a rule has been published that I overlooked.
