HUD has published the list of grantees receiving second round Neighborhood Stabilization grants (NSP2) in PR HERE.
The $6.829 Million for Oregon represents 26% of the $26.246 Million that had been requested by OHCS.
The text of the HUD grant summary for Oregon (found within the MS Word doc HERE) does not make clear what part of the application was NOT funded, but OHCS should have those details in the coming days.

Added together with the prior award of $19.6 million for NSP 1, Oregon/OHCS will have received a total of $26.429 Million in HUD NSP grants.
