HUD Sustainable Communities: Advance Registration Info Posted on HUD Website, NOFA Will be Delayed Unil "May 2010".
Advance copy of Notice in Federal Register advises applicants to register NOW, and requests applicants who intend to file a application to Notify HUD by May 14th. Advance Notice is HERE with final copy to appear in Federal Register tomorrow.
