Simple two page statewide summary of ALL FHA SF loans in Oregon for 1st Quarter CY 2010 is HERE. Includes monthly subtotals and comparison to same quarter in CY 2009.
Short version: Dollar volume down slightly as avg loan amount is less than prior year, number of loans is up slightly. Definite slowing of HECM and refi loans, but purchase volume up in March vs January.
