Deschutes County FHA Purchase and Refi Loans, 1st Qtr. 2010.

I constructed a table HERE showing FHA purchase and refi loans for the 1st Qtr 2010 in Deschutes County, with breakouts by city and zip code.

Table shows

• About 80 FHA purchase and refi loans were made a month during the first quarter with about half (123) being made in Bend.
• Total loan volume of $44 million.
  
• 2/3rds of loans were purchase loans, 1/3 were refi.
• Average loan amounts were higher for refi loans ($207k) than for purchase loans ($174k)
