Contract Between OHCS and Hardest Hit Non Profit Now Executed, Includes $12 Million for OHCS Services.

OHCS staff were kind enough to provide me today with a MS Word copy HERE of the December 7th executed contract between OHCS and the Hardest Hit non profit (Oregon Affordable Housing Assistance Corporation).

I have not had a chance to do much analysis other than to note:
  • The non profit ratifies all prior actions taken by OHCS to date to develop HH programs (pg 3).
  • All goods, software, and equipment purchased by OHCS on behalf of the non profit for the HH program remain the property of OHCS after the termination of the agreement. (pg 3).
  • The NTE contract amount of $12 million for OHCS services (page 4); those services may include those of third parties. OHCS also will receive the remaining $208+ million to be disbursed for programs, subject to approvals by the non profit.
