I have extracted HUD's list of 65 Fall 2010 regulatory actions from the RegInfo website and created a PDF document HERE . (The Fall 2010 Semi annual Regulatory Agenda for most federal agencies was published in the Federal Register today).

The document lists the rules sorted by the rule stage [proposed, final, or completed action], and a web link to find more detail about the specific regulation, including any projected publication date and statutory deadline date.
