While I would have like to have received it earlier, NW Housing Authority staff sent me this afternoon the 21 page board packet for tomorrow's /Thursday 10 AM meeting.
The agenda and specific St. Helens location can be found on the agenda page of the packet I have posted to my web space HERE. (I also converted file to a readable/searchable OCR format, so may take a moment or two to download).
I commend NW Oregon HA for taking this step toward greater transparency and anticipate that their website HERE will post these materials in advance of future Board meetings.
