Lake Oswego has put up a web page HERE for the Lake Grove Urban Renewal plan. There are two current public meetings planned (and a Friday April 6th 7:30-9 AM "focus group" non public meeting not showing on the web page).

Lake Oswego has put up a web page HERE for the Lake Grove Urban Renewal plan. There are two current public meetings planned (and a Friday April 6th 7:30-9 AM "focus group" non public meeting not showing on the web page).
The first meeting will be held on [WEDNESDAY] April 4, 2012 to provide information about the process of forming an urban renewal district, give general background information about urban renewal, and review the financial feasibility work which has been performed to date on this project. Citizens will be encouraged to provide input.
The second meeting will be on [WEDNESDAY]May 9, 2012 to present a proposed urban renewal plan [emphasis added] for community review prior to Planning Commission and City Council consideration in the June/July 2012 timeframe.
Both public meetings will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Willamette Room at the West End Building located at 4101 Kruse Way.
I encourage affordable housing advocates to attend these meetings.
