Not sure what the hang up is, but Clackamas County still has not published a new draft Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing 90+ days after the final Advisory Committee meeting (August 21st). (I particpated in last two of three Advisory Committee meetings).
CC Community Development staff continue to respond to repeated inquiries with indication that consultant draft prepared months ago is still "under review". Their HUD Consolidated Plan indicated that AI would be completed in "Fall 2012".
