Excel Lookup of Oregon LIHTC Rent Limits by County, FY 2013 vs FY 2012.

HUD has published revised FY 2013 income limits HERE; the changes were made to correctly calculate inflation  between 2010 and 2011.

I took the revised income limits and constructed a very simple Excel file HERE that allows a user to select any Oregon county from a pull down list to see what LIHTC rent limits for different bedroom sizes would be for the two years, and the $$ and percentage difference between FY 2013 and FY 2012. (Embed doesn't work because of data validation used in worksheet).

Notes:
  1. As I note in the Excel file these are MY estimates only. Because of rounding and other differences in calculations, the official OHCS posting of LIHTC limits may vary slightly from mine, so ALWAYS use the official OHCS posting which will appear in the future on the OHCS web page HERE.
  2. The LIHTC max rents shown are only for NEW projects ONLY and were effective Dec 11, 2012; consult the OHCS income and rent limit pages for rent limits for LIHTC projects developed before that date.
  3. Lots of formulas were used to calculate these rents; if you discover any errors please let me know.
