A HUD NOFA for a Section 811 demo closed on August 7, 2012. (Web page for demo is HERE).
Six months later HUD finally announced NOFA awards to 13 states; PR for grant announcement is HERE. (The original projected announcement date was October 30,2012 so grant announcement is 3+ months late.
And....Oregon did NOT receive one of the grants.
