A work session was held this afternoon before WM Transportation Subcommittee, and HB 2639 as amended was voted out to full WM Committee. The effective date of the legislation would be July 2014.
Some substantive changes were via a 15A version of the bill and a GF annual price tag of $150k is now estimated. (Annual HUD voucher housing assistance payments in Oregon are close to $200 million).
