The Census today released new 2013 population and housing unit estimates. I downloaded and added some calculations in Excel workbook HERE , and pasted below, showing % and numerical changes by county.
As you can see most of growth has occurred in Portland metro area; for the rest of the state, if Deschutes county is excluded the rest of state estimate is that there was a loss of 75 units from 2010-2013.
