FHFA's Purchase Only Home Price Index Confirms : Portland Metro Also Ranked #1 in Last 10 Years.

I pointed out yesterday with the tweet at the bottom of this post that the Portland metro area had the HIGHEST Case-Shiller metro price index change over the last 10 years among the 20 cities that are indexed.  

 I went back today and also looked at FHFA Purchase Only Price Index data for 1st Qtr 2004 and 1st Qtr 2014 and Portland also ranked #1 in that index among the same Case- Shiller 20 cities:
