54 Addtional HUD VASH Vouchers Pushes Oregon Total to 966; HUD Rent Payments for Homeless Veterans Vouchers Now Will Top $5 Million Annually.

HUD PR HERE includes table showing that Douglas County will receive an additional 54 VASH voucher, briging their total to 117 and the statewide total to 966. 

Table below shows leased up VASH vouchers by Oregon Housing Authority as of March 2014 and the March housing assistance payments from HUD for those vouchers. 

I project that the housing assistance payments from HUD for these 966 vouchers on an annualized basis now will top $5 million.
