Harvard State of Nation's Housing Rpt 2015: PDX Ranks 19th Worst for Renter Severe Cost Burdens for Incomes Below $15k.

Report page is HERE

It includes a link to Excel tables HERE. I extracted one table and did some sorting among 100 metro areas to find ranks for severe cost burdens for
1. Renters below $15 k income
2. All renters.

I calculated that Portland ranks 64th worst in the share of ALL renters with severe costs burdens, but it is the 19th worst for severe renter cost burdens for those with incomes below $15k. The share of <$15k renters with severe cost burdens is HIGHER in Portland than in LA. (80% vs 79.8%).

My Excel table is HERE and embedded below (It's wide and long and will require lots of scrolling).
