I created an Excel file HERE and below that displays Oregon 2 BR Fair Market rents for FY 2014 to FY 2016. [Several other worksheets also].
The Portland metro 2 BR increase is $70 from $944 to $1,014 per month, or 7.4%. From FY 2006 to FY 2016 Portland metro FMR's increased by 40.2% from $723 in FY 2006 to $1,014.
Lane County got the same $70 a month bump, but their increase was $8.2%. Josephine got a $93/12% a month increase in their 2 BR FMR.
Douglas county saw the biggest decrease--$67/8.6%.
