What Has Been the Annual Rate of Change in Oregon and US Home Prices Since 1992? And the Forecast Until 2026?
The March 2017 Oregon Economic Forecast has a "other indicators" set of Excel data HERE that includes US and Oregon historical price index data from 1991 through a 2026 forecast period. (The house prices in the Oregon Economic Forecast use data from the Federal Housing Finance Agency Home Price Index).
