Oregon Zip Code Map: 2012-2017 Percentage Change in Single Family Land Cost Per Acre.

FHFA recently published a working paper and Excel data with estimated single family land costs per acre all the way down to the census tract level.

I extracted the data available for Oregon Zip Codes and created a Google Map  HERE that has color coded markers that show the % change from 20120-2017. (Percentage changes ranged from +293% to -14%; red fill indicates a change in the highest range, green in the lowest range).

Clicking on a marker will show

  1. The zip code number.
  2. The 2012 and 2017 single family land cost per acre.
  3. The $ difference between the 2012 and 2017 single family land cost per acre,
  4. The % difference between the 2012 and 2017 single family land cost per acre.
  5. The high to low ranking of the zip code based on the % change in the single family land cost per acre.
The map is also embedded below (if embed doesn't work click on link above).
