Oregon Regular Unemployment Benefits Paid Jan to April 2020: $401 Million.

My tweet below has data submitted by Oregon to Department of Labor. It does NOT include PUA payments OR $600 bonus payments, OR the state IOU for the first week of payments.

After subtracting state and local income tax 30% of those unemployment payments would yield $103 million available for housing expenses for those four months. Total HUD voucher funding in Oregon for 12 months of CY 2019 was $250M.
