Updating my post from earlier this week, my final table pasted below has the UI base rates and wages subject to take for CY 2021 and comparisons to 2020 and 2011: The only significant difference from the earlier table is that base wages subject to tax increased by 4%/$1,700 to $43,800.
Note that if wages in earlier years were inflation adjusted the dollar amounts of increase shown would be lower and the dollar decreases would be higher. (As a point of reference the Oregon minimum wage alone has increased by 41% from 2011 to 2020, from $8.50 to $12.00).
