Single PDF File with 2022 Annual Performance Reports from Oregon Grantees of $3.3 Billion in SLFRF Funds.

In a recent post I provided estimates of obligations and spending from the seven Oregon tier 1 SLFRF (State and Local Federal Relief Fund) recipients as of March 31st. 

Collectively these recipients were allocated $3.3 Billion; I estimated that $2.5 Billion was unobligated as of March 31, 2022.

Treasury required annual reports from these Tier 1 grantees to be filed by July 31st.

I have constructed a singe PDF file HERE with all of the 2022 annual reports from these  seven Tier 1 recipients. The file opens with a navigation pane so you can drill down easily to a specific grantee. 

I had previously looked at the City of Portland annual report and I did not see any indication of the unobligated balance. It's possible that other grantees also chose to not include that information.  (My estimates come from US Treasury quarterly reports). 

NON Tier 1 grantees are not required to file annual reports but all are required to file either quarterly or annual expenditure reports.
