The California Association of Realtors® have posted a MS Word document that attempts to compare the Making Home Affordable Loan Modification program with other existing loan modification programs. That document is part of a webpage with links to more details on individual programs. Combined, this is the best single source I have found yet on the web for information on loan modifications.
