HUD Dept Secretary Was In Town, Quietly.

From the Commissioner Fish website I noticed Wednesday May 11th photo (taken at Portland City Hall) with HUD Deputy Secretary Ron Sims and Mayor Adams. (Sims has been big supporter of stepped up enforcement of local compliance with Analysis of Impediments obligations, and his visit came just a couple days after Oregonian story on City of Portland Fair Housing Audit).

New HUD Deputy Secretary: King County Executive Ron Sims.

According to Seattle Times story HERE, the HUD Deputy Secretary [second in command at HUD] is going to be King County Executive Ron Sims.
